The HVAC system is monitored through BMS “Building Management System” to ensure Cleanness level is maintained and recorded continuously. The specifications of the clean air in the production area is strictly controlled by the HVAC system.

The HVAC system has seven Air handling units, one for each system mounted in the technical area over the Mezzanine area, air-handling units are thermally insulated. Filling is carried out under Class “A” zone named class 100: “not more than 100 particles of 0.5 micron size add is allowed”.

Water system divided into 3 systems:

1- Process utility water:
Produced from potable water complied with US EPA and National water standards.

2- Purified water (PW):
Produced by Reverse Osmosis (RO) system followed by Electrical De-ionization System.

3- Water for injection (WFI):
Produced form purified water by multi-effect distiller heated by industrial steam.

The capacity of the system:
Purified Water (PW) production capacity is 2,700 lit/h. with storage tank of 3,000 lit.
Water for injection (WFI) has a production capacity 1,270 lit/h. with storage tank of 2,000 lit.
